plugin to show wormholes with timers?

Hi,
Was hoping someone could make, or direct me to, a plugin that shows (with ground circles) the wormhole points and perhaps a timer to show when it will actually port you.
Also if there is a way to show which locations correspond with each other when there is more than one wormhole elite.

Afaik currently not possible for plugins to detect wormholes
