Easiest way of determining character change

What is the easiest way of determining when an user is changing his character? I want to run a script when this is happening.

IPlayer.HeroId is different for each character a player uses, but keep in mind that Hud.Game.Players doesn't contain players who are outside of the game (i.e. sitting in menus), which they will be when they're changing characters. Your plugin will see their new HeroId when they rejoin the game though.
