Has blizzard ever locked an account once you link a paypal acct?

I bought a Euro account and I'm American I was wondering if they'd lock/ or ban the account if I tried to use rmah.

this is simple and happened to me.

They will lock the account if the paypal name and address does not match with the blizzard account owners.

They will not unlock it until you prove you are the account owner and ids and faxs and shit
