An Idea for A program... but need some help.

I know that we all want the best loot and the most gold from D3, but just if someone doesn't want to bot but still use programs like loot alert to help them with the game. The Idea I had for a program is an "Item Filter" so that the only items that drop are items that you want. For example no white drops, no drops with int/dex/str/vit under x amount. And if on a DH no other class specific items like voodoo mask or similar items. If you are willing to help I can help. I am learning C# and can help with a guid as well.
