How do you guys make gold?!

Yeah you have to pay. You can trial it for 1 euro for a day like I did to see if you like it. You do have to spend a few hours setting it up and also gearing out your character etc. It does require some work and patience.

Phantom, do you use particular settings (Virtual Machine for example or changing process names) to stay botting for hours and get over Warden memory control?

Well I wasn't just talking about getting the program to work but also finding the right profile for you, gearing out your character, fixing any problems you run into (like I did) etc.
