Don't dream that Blizz will take away the input reach limit, it's your dream but not true anymore.

People that doesn't uses Bots, they just open ticket to blizz or send any feedback, blizz make a tweak for their account if they think is honest account, and then the input limit reach is increased for that player only.

As botter you can try to open ticket also complaining however I don't recommend you to do so..
