Banned from using G700 wireless gaming mouse.

This 2nd account never botted, after the 1st bot account was banned, I bought another D3 retail on local store here in SF, after 3days account was banned for using a 3rd party software, which is a g700 software that comes with it, they said it is a 3rd party BS, how come a mouse software become a 3rd party software, the fact that if you never installed the software some mouse button will not function, this is a stupid policy that they can banned an account for any reason they want, good thing bestbuy refunded me yesterday, BLIZZARD COMPANY Is F up, I am done with this company, so waithing this friday to play Beta of PATH OF EXILE. Infact Blizzard hackers site is on the process of making a bot of the game, and game is free, F BLIZZARD!

I told them that I am just using a G700 mouse and that is the next reply they gave, I contacted [email protected] that is why I got a real answer to a real person, because the first account that got banned I made 3 ticket and I get 3 same reply, the reply is obviously automated and they just delayed it to just make it look they rereviewed your case.

It's a "duck", you just assumed that word because you always think that word in your head. Anyway we don't need to fight, blizzard sucks our money anyway. And I got my refund from bestbuy yesterday. Goodluck guys. Peace on earth. Even though the word is a vampire.

Anyway, learn to play a game using a mouse with out all the fancy gimmicks. My mouse has 3 buttons if you include the wheel. What to know what else it does? Doesn't get my ass banned.

I use a razer naga and it has tons of buttons and a g7 keyboard. I use the 3rd party software for both. I also bot 20+ accounts and havent't been banned. While I get your rage, I feel there is more to the story. Unfortunately Bliz can ban for any reason they see fit and there is not much you can do about it. Giving this is the first I have heard of someone being banned for just mouse software, I feel maybe something else is going on. If not then maybe your gave them the same attitude you demonstrated here and really pissed off one of the GMs working on bans .

In the end practically every piece of software on your computer is 3rd party. Still not sure why you made an account just to post about how much you hate bliz. Can't help but feel its a troll.

no, they NEVER ban by IP or computer. the only type of ban blizzard uses is by CD KEY. claims of "IP bans / Computer ID / Mac Address / SLIC Bans" are 100% misinformation

(if they banned by IP, mac, or SLIC the botting problem would vanish. think about it. they don't really want bots to vanish... they want them to keep buying new accounts. they want to keep taking there cut from the sales. blizzard makes coin off botters. they don't want that to vanish, they just want to keep it scary to the average user, and under enough control that the economy doesn't tank)

at the moment, i'm 90% sure they do want the bots to vanish or at least take a vacation
