Wrong. They've said nothing to the extent of increasing the drop rate on legendaries. They've only said legendaries will be more awesome and be better, and therefore more useful.

FIery's will keep becoming more scarce. The old legendaries will be bought up, salvaged, then crafted into the new ones. So get in on the market NOW.
