Best way to protect myself selling gold?

I have some extra gold that i would like to dump off for money. For you people that do sell gold to others, what is the best way to protect yourself against a charge back or having a disputed filed against you. I definitely understand the importance of reading other post about the person you are selling it to, but i have been burned in the past and i do not trust anyone. I have heard people say for the person sending money to mark it as a gift, and click something about no refunds. I appreciate any help,
