Timer on Games

I don't know really where to post this so here it is. I've discovered they implemented a timer on games. I was able to join 3 games in a 6 minute duration. So for example you can join a game, look around it for 60 seconds, leave, rejoin a game, leave, rejoin a game within a say. 30 seconds between all of that. Then you will get a message trying to click Resume game saying that you did too many actions and have to wait. Which will make you wait the 4.5 minutes to rejoin any games. Just a thought.
