Was banned on my one and only bot account for botting Sarkoth 24 hrs a day using Notares's autoit script. Using a VM whole time.

I sent gold to my main in 30 mil intervals and they didn't ban my main (yet)

I was doing a full Act 3 clear on my main once a day, then autoit botting sarkoth (on main) the rest of the time, up until a couple days ago. I had a hunch autoit bans were approaching so I limited my autoit sarkoth botting on my main lately.

I digitally bought the bot account July 6th, hand leveled legitimately to 60 in two days, and autoit sarkoth botted 24/7 until my ban today (July 19th)

I'm sure they check to see if you're actually playing the game or just running Dank Cellar over and over.

I made more then teh cost of the game in the time i botted, but i doubt it's worth it in the long run.

I'm happy I only bought one copy of the game for botting, I wanted to see how long i'd go before ban, the answer is not long enough

Also like to add I never sold gold to anyone on bot account.

2/3 just got banned include one Collector's Edition acct. My main acct which stopped botting about a week ago haven't got banned yet.

The two banned was :
- (1) was running then kicked out of game.
- (2) was offline when I watching movie.

So I think they do flag accounts then they ban them even if they're offline or online. You can stop it but you'll still be banned.
This morning, I just sent 100m from my main acct to the bot ( 1 ), 20m from the bot (2) to the bot (1) and and the bots are banned, the main is still safe. Weird.

I'm trying to appeal.

We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.

1 main and only account banned. autoit sarkoth runnning random times in the week. no vmware either. collected about 50 mill to date. finished all levels including beating diablo in inferno. put in abuot 300 hours total. 100 was probably botting.

Just banned 5 minutes ago. Roughly 700 hours playtime and 150 mil gold collected. Had about 7 mil in my pockets, and about $100 worth of items up in the RMAH. I only had 1 account. I don't know why I'm not upset. I feel like I SHOULD be heart broken right now, but... I feel... sort of happy? I'm not sure what this feeling is..

dude, same thing I feel like I should be upset but i'm not I had 600 hours of play, i'm guessing 450 were me and 150 the bot, I just broke 500m today, i'm not upset tho the game came free with my year wow sub.

I remember - I had no friends on my bot accts, but left "Allow Join" ticked and game was interrupted with the confirm leaving game with leaving party message
