Well that must mean gold buyers that are traded to in-game are getting banned? Or is it only accounts under same IP?

Possible that they don't even look through all the cases (see how many bans were there), but just automaticaly copy-paste answer. Try to contact them again saying "How do you deeply look into my case, if you don't even know what freaking game i was playing" or sth like that ;P
Do you know what the best part about this banwave is? Blizzard is chasing off legitimate players in droves with their anti-consumerist pro-corporate tactics and then banning the people that are still actually playing their game.
That just means that they're focusing fully on RMAH gold release, and that even game masters that are solving wow issues in 99% of time are sent to deal with diablo issues, which kinda explains why friends told me that they're waiting for 2 days for wow tickets, and in Diablo they're answering pretty fast, and usually it's opposite.
I have only botted like 6 hours max at a time, im over 100m gold since launch im not banned, but I dont run constantly I made a script that shuts off autoit and diablo (not sitting at menu) actually kills both after a random amount of 4 to 6 hours, then restarts it back up again in a random amount of time between 4 and 6 hours later. and I havent gotten the ban hammer yet.
I really do think that blizz is looking at how much time you spend on it and how much gold you have, if you spend 15 hours a day + on it then thats not really realistic for a human to do.. remember bots are not human and do not do human runs, so again running the same mission over and over for 15 hours is not realistic.. so again ban hammer the idiots i say.
