Probably not a good idea to buy accounts since you have botted with your other account. If Blizz issues a ban on your IP (which is what they've been doing now), then both accounts will probably be banned.

Get a refund, and wait out the banwave.

17 Immortal Bots Banned 4 Demonbuddy Bots Banned the Demonbuddy bots were just running for only a week or less and perma banned the IB were running since may 23. Gonna take a week or 2 off of Diablo botting Dont think it would be wise to buy a ton of Diablo COpies + bot licenses again only to have them perma banned in a week or less. Gonna wait to see if this is just a wave or if this banfest is here to stay with the introduction of RMAH selling gold maybe warden is on full force now duno only time will tell. I'll let the new brave souls who bought more accounts today tell the story and go from there.

nope, i know for sure i've never ran anything on them. i only used my mule for about 5 mins a day, and i just started using my rmah account about a week ago, so i think they IP banned me ;\ i sent in a support ticket for the rmah account, i'll update on how it goes

they responded to my ticket, looks like im not getting unbanned :\ asahsfd had so many good items, at least $500 worth. no idea what to do now, maybe ill buy another d3 account to rmah with, probably done botting though.

Catalyst for these bans seems to be running 24/7. I have been running overnight the last two nights w/ no ban. only 8/hrs a day here and still clean.

first they sent me a generic response saying i broke the terms of use etc. then i asked them to investigate further, because i was probably caught up in an IP ban due to other people in the household using third party software. then they responded with this:

It's only the D3 license that gets banned.

I called blizzard US too and spoke account support person or something. I asked why my "safe account" (I told them it's my only account and I live with my brother and roommates) is banned. He knew almost exact amount of gold I transferred from my botting accounts to this account and also number of items I transferred. So if you transferred significant amount of gold or items to your safe account after ban wave started. Your safe account is in danger too.

Yes, this has always always always been the case with Blizzard. These are the first forums i have read that talk about "safe" accounts, and there is no such thing, never has been. Anytime you get an account banned for botting / hacking they nearly always check to see where the gold / items went, and ban that account as well.

If they didnt also slap the "mule" accounts down, they would never make any headway against botting. This has always been the case for as long as i can remember, which is why i found it really strange for people to be talking about "safe" accounts.

I transferred total 1.5Bil from launch (Avg 50 mil per day) and around 100 items to safe account.
