Tested a bot on other account not to much , but was banned mine main for no reason.

All my friends who using bot Are NOT getting banned! They Still bot 24/7 ALL day long.(about 10 of them over 30 bots) can anyone tell me why? I live in CA all my account got banned. 4 of my account got banned on the first ban wave and few on second. now all banned include the mule account. but none of my friends got banned who lives in NY. None! they using Immortal bot.

It's called culling... they have say 1 million accounts flagged as botting. You don't want to ban them all at once due to sudden reduction of gold/items availability and because banning all would result in botters leaving game instead of buying more accounts.

So they cull botters... taking out maybe 25% at a time. Reduction in gold is not too noticable and botters simply just buy more accounts.

All botters eventually get culled.

So you guys are saying just because I play on my friend's DH every once in a while, and I lend him gold sometimes, he's going to get banned when he's 100% legit? I think blizzard at LEAST knows a little better than that.

What they are doing is they will ban your friend you gave gold to and give him the choice to either stay banned OR rollback to a day before you gave him gold thats only if he actually has quests done and looks like he plays the game legit if its some level 10 mule they will just perma ban it. They did that to my friend who i gave 620 million gold to but he actually plays the game legit no bot and different hwid/ip so they knew it wasn't me mulein. He had to take the rollback they took the 620 million from the account and told him he only has 1 more rollback option left and if he uses it no more rollback/chance of permaban.

Your runnin strong because u are most likely doing core which takes 50+ seconds. Your game creation time isn't causing flags atm...A ton of people who got banned are ones who use the sarkoth profile since its only 10-25 second game creations.Blizzard already said were bringing back game creationg time to counter botters that should have been the hint they are monitoring sarkoth. Hell everything you type in about D3 will link u to Demonbuddy and everyone and there mother runs sarkoth on dbuddy people need to make there own profiles and not even hand them out to the public or at the very least make people pay for your profile so it doesn't get widespread and if reposted on a site be taken down like they do for WoW.

I dunno if i agree with that.. I feel like I've seen just as many bans for IB or any other bot as I've seen sarkoth bans. Everyone has theories but so far none hold up.

Those are not theories. They are hypothesis until the results can be repeated again and again then they are theories.

Lol ok, well technicalities aside, sort of goes hand in hand with my point. These "hypothesis" are not holding up. Scientific method is serious biz when it comes to bot bans.

it makes you think they stopped then they get you on 1-10 accounts next week.

banned on saturday... only bot i ran was sak bot.. in ca.. oh well made mt $450 already gave me a reason to quit.
