Diablo 3 Error 37 After patch 1.0.2

hey guys .. after this damn patch from blizzard , i can't play the game , every time i sign in the error 37 occurs .. what can i do ? .. i got some friends that's working fine with them , but it won't work for me .. US servers works good ... but it only occurs on EU servers .. any solutions for this ? ,, alot of people are suffering from this , but still not solution for it ,, is it my problem ? or is it blizzard's ?

I had the same problem yesterday on US. I wonder what update they did to the authentication server to cause this and was it related to account thefts?

i don't think soo .. blizzard should have considered fixing they're "Log in" problems and error instead of try to find any (glitch/exploit.. etc) and getting it nerfed ,, they should test their patches first before releasing them so soon ...

I was getting this error yesterday, didn't play last night, went to a hockey game instead. Tried login this morning when I got to work...no problems.

Error 37 means the log in servers are swamped. that's all it is. just 25% of the Americas and Australia all trying to log in at the same time.
