Armor/weapon editing after patch

Hey, i wen't online after the newest patch were released today, and notified that all my armor and weapon swaps had dissapeared. When i looked for itemcache.wdb in the WDB folder, it was also gone.

What can solve the problem?

I still have my cache, but it was 2k smaller than it was before :S
