U start at act 1 quest 8 put it on torment 6 and u do it only to spawn merchant that gives u q to deliver some thing to crazy hermit at entrance of cavren of aracne, there are few bodys and chests from chapel to the guy top.

op is talking about an event that starts at the top of the stairs outside the cavern of worthram, theres a guy stood by a cart who offers a quest to take a potion or something to the hermit at the bottom of the stairs.

i think he's talking about the event that sometimes appears right before you enter the spider queens catacombs, basically it's not even a single mob, and you just have to deliver a thing from the merchant to a man that stands right before the entrance... it takes about 10 sec to do this...and you can get some corpses and chests spawning too during this time, don't know for sure if it's quest 8 but i know what he's talking about
