This is about a week or two old. They removed icefall caves for a bit. Guess they never fixed the loot. With Tyrael nerfed this is harder to do.

Those specific mobs spawn more mobs on death, the exploit is that even the illusion mobs spawned by the elite trigger this effect. Thereby making an infinite farm as you are creating more mobs from illusions.

I did it yesterday with a friend and cant say its profitable

We stucked one and killed illusions and the flies. Problem is, sometimes the mob unstucks and you have to go out of range or town that he heals up because you can only do it like 4-6 times before he dies in a 3 player game.

The gold and loot was bad even tho we had each 200-220% MF. Wasnt worth it because we had to search like for 1 hour for the right mob and afterwards killing his minions and finding a good stuck point.

Managed to stick some here, though they weren't illusionist so I dunno if spawned illusions would stay stuck in this spot (there's a hole, you can't see it well because of the plague pool)
