Well the first quest is working flawless, if ur getting mpq errors, just make a hash check on the downloaded file till u got it right, and then u move into some X:/MPQ folder and setup the config.ini file, never forget that.

I hope to see this thing get bigger, and reaches the right persons to make this work right!

u add it in by typing shown in example, such as the field that says Target: c:\ etc etc

tells me i cant put a semi colon in a file name thats the only area to type in after i hit properties



Edit: moogie is working loaded fine but i cant get my diablo 3 to attach to it i think this is why

Pretty easy to realize that your client doesnt match mooege.. So you need to update your Diablo.

either search the missing dll file from google or reinstall the whole Diablo 3

The strange words as you call them are there because he is using a different language for his build. im not sure what language it is its seems german but thespecial char ø throws me off a bit :P.

Its Danish. Google Translate says it means "triggered an exception" which I think is right.

Are you sure in your config.ini, that your using your "public ip" and not your "local ip" for onliine multiplayer?
Are you sure that your Port = 1345 and Port = 1999 are "open" and not blocked?

Okay, on that site, it says the ports are closed. I am using my public IP, but there still leaves the question on how does the joiner run the game if the diablo 3 shortcut's target is not the IP that mooege is listening to?

Just another thing: for LOCAL play, assuming the instructions are correct, you do NOT need to open these ports? I've tried the local play as well but it still doesn't work. Could someone clarify these instructions?

As hoster, I: disabled NAT, and PublicIP = My LAN IP

As joiner, they: change the diablo 3 shortcut's target to add ...diablo III.exe" -launch -auroraaddress My LAN IP
