Looking for an Auction House extracter

Hi,

Does anyone have a tool that can extract the full data from the auction house for each item's tooltip either by using screenshots and OCR or via reading memory?

I am not looking for a bot or anything that will automatically buy items. I want to be able to put in a search term manually, then run the extractor which would page through X number of pages of items and dump the data out to an xml file.

I would then take this data and plug it into a spreadsheet (or possibly later a SQL Server database and C#) that would calculate the DPS upgrade an item would give me based upon the values I assign to each attribute.

Ideally it would be written in C# but anything would be fine as long as it is low risk (no memory writing, automated typing or simlar, just opening each tooltop and clicking next to grab the data).

I would be willing to share any of the spreadsheets or code I write and would also be willing to pay if needed.
