i appreciate your time and work doing this for us!
i unzipped the folder, and pasted into the addon folder, it still only shows lvl 20 guides. maybe im too dumb

i play classic
i had the addon before the update, with your files, yes, i uninstalled RXP completely, i reinstalled the rxp addon from curse, then i extracted "Custom Guides Classic" into my addon folder

So you had it before and removed it all and the saved variables?
When I ask, what did you extract it with. Why are you not saying?

Well if you want their guides, feel free to make an account. Puchase the guide you want and import it with their string.

My issue with their guides it.
They sell what they know iw broken and incomplete.
You import it and it has a load of errors that they know about.
It takes them months to fix what should have been fixed before releasing.
They do not inform customers of updates.
There is an update and do not tell the customer.
There is an update and the customers account says there is no update. When there has been many, but the account says there is not.
They do not have any changelog of updates.

But they want to charge for something they know has issues?

Era has 1 guide
SOD has 1 guide
HC has 1 guide

Actually i'm confused as well, bcs wowhead and sites like completionist says that we can get 1 inf. point from suramar campaigh achivement phase 1.
