I've just been trying to do something for about 2 hours and I can't do it.
Or did the developer fill in the fix?
Well when you load the hand it is chassis, so yes it is classic
You have tried something for 2 hours, but choose not to say what it is.
The common issue is. People intentionally using the wrong software and then wonder why it does not extract.

Well no one is stopping you from downloading it, seeing it is public and free

Can you explain which archive should be used for the classic game and which folder to transfer these files to?

Did you use WinRAR, and is it up to date? I ask because many people don't update their software and then try to use outdated tools on newer files, which can cause issues.
Also, for the past two hours, it doesn’t seem like you've looked up how to install a WoW addon. Have you installed it before? If you have, it's important to make sure you've deleted the saved variables for the addon, as they can cause problems if not cleared out.
You didn’t mention what exactly you did during the installation process. It’s crucial to explain where you installed the addon, which software version you’re using, or if you deleted the saved variables. You also didn’t specify which addon you’re trying to use.
For everyone else, the process is simple:
Download the file.
Extract it.
Move it to the Addons folder.
Install the addon.
But often, people face issues because:
They never removed the old version of the addon.
They didn’t clear the saved variables.
They’re using outdated software.
They downloaded a directory instead of a file.
Or they made other random mistakes.
And then they post that it doesn't work, while others are able to do it with no issues following the simple steps mentioned above.

I downloaded the addon via CurseForge, and I played with it before requiring a paid subscription.
How do I delete variables?
Which of these 3 should be used for the classic version of the game, not cataclysm

Cataclysm is classic
What are you trying to play?
Era is Vanilla
Classic is Cataclysm
Retail is The war Within.
How do you delete the savedvariables? You do to the folder, and select the rxp file and press delete

All you need to do is extract and put the folder in the addons folder, like any other addon.

Yes because you are using windows extractor that only extracts .z[p on a .rar file.
Winrar and 7zip is free and I tell people not to use windows extractor because it does not work.
