[Application] WDB to CSV

I saw none of these on MMOwned, so I thought I'd post it.
It's a WDB > CSV converter.
You can edit your cache files way easier with this, for those that hate hex and it's pretty handy.

Keep in mind that this is a command line tool, as explained in the ReadMe.txt.
I'd recommend you editing those CSVs with CSVed (posted in the progs sticky).
