Nomitu, what particular program in WoW Tools are you talking about. If you can't even run WoW Tools correctly, try installing .net framework v2.0 and v3.0.

I recently went through with some difficulties with my computer and had to reinstall windows. I forgot to backup the source code for WoWTools and don't intend on rebuilding it from scratch. The download link (should) still work and feel free to continue to download it if you want it.
