well i have the same problem, and wish to solve...any ideas?

(i have only CHARACTER folder when i open Common.mpq, and there is no Character...i have both in patch.mpq)
btw does this work with 2.2.2?

Yes it does, And when the time comes for an update, i will make the nessary changes to this thread.

any idea?

My question isn't awnsered yet: I succecfuly changed my gnome into an undead and my night elf into a dwarf but i can only do 1 at the time. Example:

I change my Gnome male into an UD male my night elf doesn't look like a dwarf anymore so the conclusion : i can only do 1 char at the time , does anyone know how to do 2 characters at the time so i can see my GNome as undead and my night elf as dwarf at the same time ?

Right.. i did what you said i changed patch.MPQ in patch-5.MPQ and now it gives this error..

Edit: repaired wow working again but still for only one character :s, wich file do i need to rename to patch 5?

this is what i tried when my gnome was an undead : I tried to make my night elf an orc .. i did everything like the guide says till the point i needed to change the Patch-2.MPQ into Patch-5.MPQ instead Patch-4.MPQ like you said.. well now my nightelf is a ORc only gnome is a gnome again...

please help me ! :P

This somehow does not work for me. I've done everything correctly. But when I log into wow with the ME fix, and press end before log in. Then shift-7 when I see it's logged in, my char model isn't changed. Have no idea what's wrong or what to change.

I can't import the Character folder to the new mpq : / It just opens up it doesn't import it :/ please help

EDIT: Sorry didn't read that i should import the txt file (then it automatically imports it all) sorry

Ok, in My Warcraft Studio, Gnome, SCOURGE, NightElf, and many others say No Skin Found! I downloaded MWS again, still no skins.
