Besides that yes race swap is greyed out because you clearly dont understand how the program works.
    1. You go to the map "Character" => Select the race you play + gender => right click for example "ScourgeMale.M2" and click on "set as work file"
    2. it will extract the scourgemale
    3. WOW! you finally unlocked race swap => now you should choose the .M2 that you would like to become.. => when its done go to the "project" tab and use "Save MPQ"
This does "look" like newer version indeed, i do got a question for you tho, when i folow up what you said ( it does work), but i get 50KB .MPQ Files, and when i create a char of the race i swaped, wow just freezes and stops responding. Any reason for this? or what am i missing. Maybe it is because program isnt installed, but just copy pasted? Do you have install files for it? :>

Well it works great for me and ive copied it myself from my old computer to my new one.. the trick to model edit is like this

    1. Open Mes... it will load....
    2. After done Loading to to the Character Map > select a race you play.. for example you play human female, you go to the human map and select humanfemale.m2, after you selected this you right click it and click on "set as working file", MES will ask you if you are sure to use it as working file.. you click yes.
    3. it will take a while to extract the file u want to be ... after that the Race Swap function will be available.. the tauren/human head icon.
    4. Click on that icon and then in Character map you need to select the race you want to be.. so for example you want to be a tauren male.. you go to the map Tauren and select taurenmale.m2 and then you click on the button swap..
    5. ... it will take a while till it swaps and it will say its completed, after that you go to 'Project' and click on Save MPQ.. Name the MPQ; patch-a for example and it should be done.

Yeah, i try doing all that, and it works perfectly, but when i do save Project as patch-a, it ends up being a 50KB MPQ, and it just doesn't do the change in game :<

So I have an issue with this, everything seems to work fine for me. Except for one issue.
When I alter the Female undead attachments labeled Unknown (The last 3 in a row, which appear to be weapon attachments) my characters knee bones disappear. Any idea how to fix this?

Attachment editor seems to no longer work for me.

1.) Set my work file as Scourge male
    2.) Click m2 tools
    3.) Click attachment editor

Then I get an "Unhandleded exception has occured in your application. If you click continue, the app will ignore this error and attempt to contine. If you click quit, the app will close immediately.

Details:See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

I used to be able to use the attachment editor tool, but how ever the installer was removed so many of the tools do not work now.
Before when I would select a work file it would take more then 30 seconds to load it. Now that the installer is gone, it takes nearly 5 - 10 seconds however many of the tools dont work.

Edit: Nvm I got it to work again simply by hitting Start, Run and then entering in "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Glitchy_Inc" and deleting all of the folders
