You can change those things here
WMO - WoW.Dev Wiki
but keep in mind that you need to change the size of the chunk and adjust the header with the offsets.

You like my work? you love my edits? you love RPing?
Come to my RP server then, is still in closed alpha, but azeroth needs YOU.
NO! i won't give my edits to anyone for any other server!!! and my patches (from 1.5) will be encrypted and will require my server, otherwise the game will crash. cya leechers
Thanx for the information on it, But Is there any possible way you can explain it better to me, That just explains what it is, not how to do it.
If you can like tell me if i need to use dbc editor, taliis ect. that would give me a better understanding.
Just something more clearer and more defined would be great.
thanx

ye, here ya go: RefRep.exe ... at uploaded.to - Free File Hosting, Free Image Hosting, Free Music Hosting, Free Video Hosting, ...
But keep in mind that this only restors the MDX on the ADT and cannot do anything bout WMO yet. Also im not sure if the WMO maybe get removed, its only a draft yet :P. So please always keep your work backuped to avoid inconveniences.
@vonkova:
Basically its pretty simple:
MODN and MODD store doodads and doodadpositions. If you like to swap a doodad you first need to add the name of the new doodad to the MODN list. This ofc will increase the size of the MODN chunk and you will need to update that size in the chunk (which are just the 4 bytes right after NDOM in the file (use a hexeditor)) to the new size. Also this changes the offset to all the subsequent chunks so you will also have to update the header. After that you search the entry in the MODD list that contains the "spawn" of that particular doodad. There you change the first member to the offset of your doodad in MODN.

no, it doesnt restore it from the original, it calcualtes the correct references back from the MDDF set in the file. So you can also repair the objects that were deleted by noggit even though they were not in the ADT from blizz. I just ment that it doesnt cover the WMO, only the MDX.

This may be off topic and a stupid question. I really want to model edit on Windows Vista although someone told me that i cannot because vista does not accept OpenGL I think its called is not compatible anymore? Any feedback?
I'm using Vista sometimes and it works perefect. And Vista is ofcourse accepting OpenGL, who told you that bullshit?
this had potential.
my balls *cough* WMOs hurt.
Hm, what about the down of modcraft.tk? :/
