This guide sucks !! How the hell can i change human male to undead male ?! they dont even have the same number of files , undead has more face files than human !!! Dear Mr. ubermonkey, why showing us how to make gnomes? who the hell wants GNOMES!? ahhh , thats because they have the same nr. of face files!? I rly tried to follow your guide step by step...

For ex.: As far as i understand u said :"Extract the "DBFilesClient" to your "Original Files" folder." (so we have a "DBFilesClient" in the "Original Files")

Than u said :"Back out to your "New Model Edit" folder. Create a folder named "DBFilesClient".(the "New Model Edit" folder was in the "Original Files" folder right!?) So , we allready have a DBFilesClient , how the hell i create another one there !?

And btw , BTW ! The pictures are outdated and not shown.So its more difficult follow the steps.

i had the exactsame problem other ppl had with excel format do i used dbc_editor instead...

other then that it worked flawlessly +Rep

The size fix doesn't seem to do anything. I just tried setting the size of Tauren Female to 15 times normal just for kicks, and nothing happened. I tried with MEFix, too.

First, greatly appreciate the guide, it's the best I've found and the only one that worked for me. I really am grateful, now I can cease to be a leechie if I can manage to make my own.

Everything worked perfectly for a first try with this guide! Only issue being my lack of a jaw. It's confusing since UD have so many features ect compared to Fem cows..Otherwise a perfect edit!
Going to look it over again and see if I can fix it, but would still appreciate any advice

EDIT/UPDATE:
I knew I would figure it out eventually. I messed up when I worked on CharacterFacialHairStyles.dbc, which somehow ended up with no jaw.

I've got a problem with my Excel, i opened the *.dbc.csv files, but then i didn't got the same view like you. Everything is disordered.

Somehow my excel is a dump, and when I convert the csv file, I get the dbc, but with false information in it. /cry

Btw my excel was the same as netoxr2000's

I updated all the pics to a host without bandwidth limits. I never knew photobucket had them. I don't feel like it now but I'll try to get around to editing this guide. It was my first attempt so It probably wasn't too newb friendly to read. And I left some important things out that was either too difficult to explain at the time or was common sense to me. And I'll try to answer some questions later.

Hey , i followed ur guide and ehm, i think i do it right.. ( im not such a noob )
But actually we need no WoWME to start wow with some MPQ....but with my Dwarf Male ->Tauren male try wow crashes "cant read the CharSections oder CharHairGeosets, dont know at the moment
