but how come i cant open .m2 files in wcs? it just get error and shutdown so i can extraxt to the item folder :/ any1 help me out plz..

Hmm whenever I open MWCS and open my data mpq file it doesnt show anything in the white box. It shows that I opened the file but nothing else : /

Yes, this all works, and use WoW Model Viewer to find the m2 and the blp for the weapon you want. Capitalization doesn't matter, but you must spell it correctly.

Goblin workshop hasn't got model and texture codes anymore :/ (i tried ced's carver, didn't have it, tried hammer of northern wind, didn't have it too) and mywarcraftstudio links are broken... searched many items, only mining pick had texture & model

Same here.. cant find the .blp

Found the .blp in Warcraft Modelviewer, to those who did not understand, there is at some items where you can choose their colour, the name at the items differant colour is the .blp

I should've explained this more, my fault . Use WoW Model Viewer to find the m2, then go into MyWarcraftStudio and find your m2, and the blps will be right there. I am also updating my links, so check back.

This may have been answered but I couldn't find it.
Is there any way to remove build in glow effects? I changed my arena swords to look like the old alliance r14 swords (love the model) but they still have that silly purple glow and I cant figure out how to remove it.

Now that goblinworkshop doesnt show texture + model, does this mean that this wont work then? Sorry if I am a bit newb, but I'd like to know
