Have you already launched WoW after patching?

If no, launch it and try again after closing, the patch may have deleted your cache, happened to me as well.

If you already launched WoW try to load the itemcache.wdb file manually by clicking File->Load WDB File and then going to C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enGB (if you installed WoW in the default path) and opening Itemcache.wdb.

Reinstalled and error message comes up titled Microsoft .NET Framework that says:
Could not find file 'F:\Documents and Setting\(my name)\Desktop\items.txt
anyone no what this means? Is there something rong with my .NET Framework?
