I must agree with the others i got the same error

I dont wanna be rude or anything, but after a week of using this tool, the exe started to get errors and i had plenty of keyloggers xD Yeah i know, shit happens. but how fully secured is this tool ?

edit: I'm not blaming your tool, just wanted to ask you honestly. Is the tool fully working, or did you invent a sort of Keylogger into this tool ? Never the less. hopefully i will get a reply to my question ^^

if i where you i would scan your system. I have never and will never put a "Keylogger" in any of my software. Here is a scan of version 8

As you can see there isent even any false positives this thing is pretty clean.

What in particular? I've updated my itemlist and made sure I have the current downloadable version of the program it's self, but I still get "Error while Swapping could not find your item make sure you have the most recent itemsets list" but I do :x

Unless there is supposed to be one I download that is not in the second post of this thread.

Are you trying to swap to the newest gear added in the patch? If so it will only work if you have seen the items. The only way you can get around this is if you have an updated itemsets list. And by the looks of it the new items in the itemsets still need to be updated to the new format witch i posted above. and as i myself dont manage the itemsets you will have to talk to simple44.

Thanks alot, could have been my computer, it was a while ago tho, i remember that the exe started not to work, and as soon as it stopped i got plenty of viruses and i had a keylogger that deleted pretty much everything on my chars. Well, i'm gonna scan it again, and probably use your tool once more ^^

It depends, if you just switch models such as items, sound and effects, it is legal, you are allowed to customize your own game.

Be aware tho, you may not costumize models such as swapping gates to be stairs or chairs or anything that can solve things in the game etc.

admittedly I am a total nub at any kind of WoW editing, but is there no itemcache file anymore to direct this program to? or is there a way around it?

when i try to change the rogue tier8 set it says it does not find my items and every time i start the app i must choose my wow directory

I've updated itemset.txt but the program doesn't found the dk t8 (I've seen them on live) and how I can add the Worldcarver to the list? It was something with Modelviewer I think Oo

Right, I've tryed to read posts and help, and F.A.Q, but I seem to have a wierd problem. I can load my own characters items, from Itemcache, but then i'm stuck. No items show up in "swappable items".
I've tryed to update items, update WBD and update items from cache, but nothing seem to work. Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: Ah, nvm. I fixed the problem by deleting and extracting modelswapper again o.0

hey guys, i've tried swapping some items on my win xp comp, then copyed the WDB to my mac and placed it in the folder and overwritten the old one but when i come ingame nothing is changed can anyone help me?

im on Mac OS X 10.5.6 hope this helps :> btw also tried installing it on my mac but failed hard kept getting same error etc.
the way i do it copying it from pc to mac has worked before patch 3.10 + hotfixes..
