Data Patches not working for ya?!

HELL YEA!! worked for me, I also made a copy of the MPQ's inside the "\Data\enUS" Folder.

Pretty sure thats what made it work (Had them in wrong dir? :P)

Druid forms i think u meant? idk what ur talking about since i dont have druid and have no use to look up forms and stuff, if they are just model edits and in no way give u an advantage than ur safe, if its just a edit to a skin and for looks than its undectable by no one, other players cant see and blizz cant, if they were to somehow find out tho i bet 80% they would let u off hook since ur not eploiting or using it as an advantage and the other 20% is would u get a suspension, i highly doubt it would be a permenant ban but theres alway that little .01% chance, i wouldnt worry about it as i do hardcore edits thats could be a permentant ban and i kno what u mena, i would hate to loose my account as its worth much but ive been doing it a while and i never take the patches out, and still havnt been warned =)

Can somone help me? i haven't done any model editing before, and i want to change the Druid form skin, but i play on a Mac OSX, can anyone help me?

Ok im running vista and i had SEVERAL problems getting certain patches to work. have any of you not been able to get a patch to work and theres already a default prgram to run it u dont want? well i spent quite some time since im prtially new to vista figuring out y my patches werent working. well i came to the conlusion that they werent working since the ".mpq" after them were not capitalized (.MPQ) i had NO iea how to rename them since after having it open with a default program the ".mpq" was no longer after the patch name. well it is very simple to change this and many of u might kno this but if your like me and had trouble this shows u how to make these patches to work. all u do is once your in WoW's data folder containing the patches go to Tools at the top, folder options, view, and uncheck "hide extensions for known file types" this now makes the ".mpq" show up and u can easily rename the file and change them to capitol ".MPQ" plz dont flame this is just for the people who are having trouble and cant get answers!

That solved all my problems. Who knew that capitalizing the .mpq would make a difference. I feel retarded now for not knowing that. lol

quick question: my game crashes while loading the files. have vista and tried with all the things ive found about it but still doesnt work. heard something about not running wow as normaly? give me a hint plx :<
