/Guide/ How to Itemcache edit ((Gwaar's way))

Well I'm doing itemswaps a few days now, and I gained some PM's about how I itemcache edit. And because its not the way everybody does it, I wanted to show you how I do it.

Warning : This guide is a bit odd to understand if you are totaly new to itemcache editing, i suggest you to read first some guides with pics before you try to understand this one

    I do it this way,

    1 I open the program "XVI32". And instert Itemcache.Wdb
2 For example I have to do Gladiator's Chain armor = Merciless gladiator's chain armor.
3 I'll first do CTRL + F , then i enter Merciless Gladiator's Chain Armor(Watch the spaces + ' + CaSe), then you see the word "Merciless gladiator chain armor" at the right box. After the word you'll see 00000 and then */ for example(The kind of stuff doesn't matter, as long as its different from the 00). You press the first different thing. * in this case. You go back to the left box, there you'll see this:

    0000(Blue collored)9D,56,00000000

    ((This is just an example))

You write the 9D 56 somewhere down.

Now you do CTRL + F And type Gladiator's Chain armor. You'll now again get the word, followed by 0000 and then 2 random letters/symbols, you click on it, check left box, you see now this :

    0000(Blue collored)3D,66,00000000

    ((Again just an example))

You replace the 3D,66 by the code from the merciless, (9D 56)

then you should get something like this :

    0000(Blue collored)9D,56,00000000

    -------------------------------------
Now you save the itemcache.wdb ((And ofc place it in your cache folder if you like to use it)
    __________________________

    Enjoy your item change

Hope this helps you a bit

I said it to the moderator, after I posted it (Didn't saw it yet) + This was is not really posted yet .

+ The moderator have to allow it first before it posts, so I don't think there is any problem.

Well yea, but this way you can seperate changes, you can make one itemcache with change number 1 and another itemcache with change number 2. They don't all go in one itemcache, which is pretty usefull...
