I wouldn't recommend doing the instance to instance one as you will fall to your death, but it's there for you if you want to try it

Not if you either
A. Add water at the start
B. Lower instance so U just fall down onto it
C. Just exchange anything with ZF; usually ZF fits with most (did for ED anyhoo)
