I want to have EoTS lowered an avatars size so you can run under the lvl to flag and back to any tower. Possible??

Yeah its possible however these kinds of model edits are bannable and also it will make Model Edit to nerf again at the next patch.
I dont suggest you to do that.

ya possible, and very easy. just go into noggit and lower ground beneath the area and save it in an mpq. viola.
