[Question] Reskin not showing

I've just started to reskin Warrior S3 for fun, (my first reskin).
And have managed to complete head, shoulder, glove, bracer, sleeve, hand. but when I try them out ingame only the head, shoulder, hand reskin works.
Glove, bracer, sleeve doesn't show. instead it shows some random texture that changes everytime you equip the item/ view in dressing room.

Here's what I did, step by step:

extract blp from mpq
convert blp to png using blp converter
edit png in PS
save and convert back to blp
create mpq and add it in the correct folder

I've done some modelediting before but not reskinning so I can't figure out why the shoulder/head/hands work but not the other stuff, eventho I've used the same method.
