[Question] Glitchy's WDB Editer not showing up in-game?

Noob here,

Ive been trying to change a few items around using Glitchy's MES, im talking to a freind that has done it before and he cant work out why its not working, selecting me itemcache, doing the 'to' and 'from', hitting convert, closing the program and then loading wow, but it never shows in game. The reason im confused is i tried the mount swap and it worked first time, just the item swaps dont want to work, +Rep to anyone that can help me, or try's. Thanks
