Human male -> ud male

Hello i just write this forum around 3h. I want to change my human male lock skin to ud lock skin on original wow server. How can i do it ? i have mywowstudio csved, but dont know what to do. I download something like this from some post, the file names Human model to Ud model from some topic.
but its a file, when i open it just ladik's mpq editor ons. And nothing more. What i should to do to change the model ? please anserw me

Okay i use it, when its done i have file 1.MPQ (1-my file name). But now what i need to do ? when i double click on it i haveLadik's MPQ editor, an some files in sides. But what next? When i do it in ur race to race option i have the mpq file. (human->ud) but when i have it what i have to do? i when i click i have this http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/4627/123fi6.jpg

name the file patch-1.mpq
and put the file in your wow data folder
run wow with the model edit fix
