    [Question] Sounds...

I was wondering if it is possible to change WoW sounds so that, for instance I have a model change of gnome male to undead female but im still stuck with the lame gnome sounds... is there any way to fix this?
Or maybe a guide somewhere that can help me out? (Searched but didnt find one)

    Thanks

you can find the speech files in
    /World of Warcraft/Data/enGB(or the version you use)/"speech-enGB.mpq"
    /World of Warcraft/Data/enGB(or the version you use)/"expansion-speech-enGB.mpq"

just look for the files you want and swap them

So I renamed the undead female files and placed them in the gnome section and then deleted the gnome ones but.. when I place it in my WoW folder, I get an error message when trying to launch WoW with ME fix. I cant seem to figure out what I did wrong... maybe someone can help me out with this?

When I edit sounds I just create the same directory path through Data. err for example for "forest" zone music its

    WoWdir\Data\Sound\music\Zone music\Forest

And inside this folder put whatever music you want and rename it to the zones music. It's slightly tedius to look up all the right file names. I have a list somewhere of the paths to all the sound files. I found it online so google it if you want it. its called wowsoundfile.txt or something. I'm not at home right now so I'll confirm it for you later, But you don't need a fix to change it this way.
