    Merging MPQ's

Hey guys, I'm not really new here but I took about 3-4 months off model editing. I want to get back into the swing of it again but I'm having trouble with a couple small things where I left off many months ago. How can I merge multiple MPQ's into 1 "giant" MPQ? I have 2-3 MPQ's for different edits but I want to merge them all into one.

Thanks for all the help and support.

I think you may be able to go into mws, hit pack, create new mpq, add file to mpq and add each individual mpq. not sure if that would work or not but its worth trying.

This is what I do when i merge something...

Extract it all to one folder on my desktop.

Use Lardik's MPQ Editor to zip it up real fast(not the mpq's, the files inside them that you extracted toyour desktop), and now my 15 different mpq's are in one

soo let me see if I understand this right--

I extract all the M2 files I want to merge into a folder I created on my desktop. Then I use Lardik's MPQ editor to zip these files into one? and then I create an MPQ archive from the zipped M2s?

Kinda confusing--If you could be just a little more detailed I will love you for life.

    Tools Needed:
    MyWarCraftStudio
    Ladik's MPQ Editor

Make a new folder on your desktop and name it something you will remember.

Go into MyWarCraftStudio and open one of the files you wish to merge.

Extract those folders you want to merge into the folder on your desktop.

Open the another file you wish to merge.

Extract those Files to the same folder on your desktop.

    Close MyWarCraftStudio.

    Open Ladik's MPQ Editor

Go to Operations ---> Build MPQ from directory.

Select where the files are coming from, where to save the mpq archive, and ignore the last part.

Click create and enjoy your one consolidated MPQ.
