Okay so iI am totally new to model editing. All i want to know is this. People in theforums come out with model edits. New cities, different classes, etc. They give download links. I download the file then what? How do i get it to come up in gome in wow? Im sure there have been threda for this so please link. Sorry i bet this has been asked alot... eek!

You put it in your "World of Warcraft\Data\" Folder.
Then you config the ME fix (not available here).
Then you run the ME fix and wait for WOW to load.
Login and enjoy.
