Bugged Head, and random help needed.

Encountered a few problems the last days, and now i need some advice.

First problem:
When im trying to change my DD Helm > BS Helm, the real hair wont show, got a pic here :

Somebody know how to fix this? Im lost ;<

Second problem:
When im trying to change BS Boots (Rogue T3) into BF Boots, i manage to change texture but the model itself wont change, it's like i only change colors on the boots. And yes i know there is no .m2 file ;P But do i need to use boots that "have the same looks" as the one i wanna change into for it to work or is there something else?
Redone this about 5times and i still cant figure out whats wrong =(
