Does MEF work on Vista?

Just a quick question, I can't seem to figure out why my edits aren't working. Alright, first off, I DL'd a pack from here:http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...nversions.html
I have MEF 2.3 already. Here's what I did the file is .rar, so I extracted it just to my desktop, and put the two patch-x files into my data folders. Was I suppose to do something with these 2 files? Anyways, I ran MEF from my WoW folder, the blank black box pops up for a few seconds, then loads my WoW, I log in, but when I select a troll (im doing troll >--- UD) it crashes my WOW like it's not injecting it or something, saying the file is a corrupt.
