Character Facial feature edit

we have guides for Hairstyle, hair color
but does anyone know how to do Character Facial features?
(in my case i want to convert undead female facial features, into Blood elf females Earring choices)

i mean, i really dont care if theres a guide or something for this already..if there is than ive clearly missed it . And ive been trying to do this edit all week long with no results, if anyone could post a link to a guide for this, or PM me about it. id greatly appreciate some help..i have questions and no one cares to answer it seems.
