Help with Vista/Itemcache.wdb

OK so I made some changes for my friend.. In the Itemcache.wbd and uploaded it to Filefront (itemcache.wdb - FileFront.com) and then he downloaded it and put it in his cache->enus folder.. It did not work when he went to play wow. When I asked him what was in that folder he said nothing.... except for the itemcache that i sent him... Like i said he is running Vista.. Please help... Do you both have the exact same WoW Patch? Other than that I don't know, perhaps one of you have a hacked WoWEMU patch or something?

Edit: I think I know the problem...
1. Get your friend to give you his itemcache.wdb
2. Edit the models with HIS itemcache.wdb
3. Give him back his itemcache.wdb with your edits on it.

See if that works.

tell him to delete the one you gave him, restart his wow. then there will be a new itemcache and then do what that other guy above you told you to do.
