Blood elf eyes > High Elf eyes - Help!

There are quite a few threads asking this, but all of them have had no reply or a very unhelpful kind of reply. Me and my mates from WoW made a private server to RP on it, and this would be a great addition along with the High elven quel'thalas area change.

Basically, as the title says, i'd like to know how / for someone to make an edit to change the blood elf's eyes from their green to a high elven blue. I've seen this been done in a few area edits before but not the ones I had in mind to download.

Would really appriciate some help.
