Undead to Blood Elf Helmet Help

Hello I recently remodeled my undead male to a blood elf male i renamed all the BeM helmets with ScM and when I wear masks my ears dont stick out and all you see is a flesh looking color hole in the sides of my head. im wondering if any1 know how to fix this? besides that the BE model is perfect even got the voices down lol but i want to know if i can fix the helmet to show the ears come out of masks. thx
