I was looking on the forums already for this, but the file i found resulted in 'cannot validate game version'

So, can anyone give me a working model edit swift red gryphon > phoenix mount? +rep if you do

I only swapped the model, should be fine since the BLPs are already attached to the M2.
You don't need a model edit fix for this.

Did you rename it to patch-4.MPQ?

It does work now, but there's something wrong with the animation of the wings.. They go too fast. Uploading a video now to show you. Is there a way to make the animation right? because now it seems it was a model edit for a 60% mount, and on my 280% mount the animation gets ****ed up
