The easiest way to get rep, yes, is by posting model edits or finding tricks to make playing WoW easier. However, a lot of people ask questions that can be answered without someone needing the skill to be able to actually edit models.

Granted, you have to hope that the person will actually give you rep when you answer their question, but it certainly doesn't hurt to be helpful. =)

pff model edititing is too hard emulator servers are the easy way out just post an unkown easily exploitable bug here a mall in an area no ones ever seen there and bam instant +rep ... so easy a cave man can do it.

I was just wondering... because there isn't an exe that actually runs anymore, Is it safer than the exe we have had since BC?

But even then, I haven't seen any one that has been banned for using it, unless exploiting.

The program that blizzard use to find these third party programs ("Warden") search your processes. The new fix isn't a process once WoW is loaded, so im quessing Its very hard for them to even pick it up.

Any answer would be nice

The risk of getting banned without the controlation of a GM is very low. It is there, but it is very low.. (Maybe 1%?)

LEWL at Leechers noobs whinning about Model Editing Fix.
Seems the rumours about 90% of the leechers in here not having brains are true.
Personally i use this forum for entertaining purposes, since there are some talented ppl in here... But getting the model Edit fix its easy. Just need to use google and have some remaining braincells working.

< still learning this stuff so im still a leacher or w/e .. anyway yesterday i click on the wowme and i can play but now when i click it nothing happens, my cursor does the hour glass thing for like a second then stops ctrl alt delete shows wow is not running so.. any suggestions?

hmm and now when i try to take those 4 folders out of my wow file (in order to start wow without using mefix) and click my normal launch button, it doesnt let me

Have you changed the .cfg- File at you Data- Folder? You have to put it in there and edit it with an editor. You have to write there in the names of the files, you have put in there.
Example:
"patch-1.mpq
patch-2.mpq
patch-a.mpq".. try this out.. maybe it will help you..

Files must be wrote in the CFG file and must me set as:

Patch-a.mpq
Patch-1.mpq
