Gnome Male==> Ne Female and Gnome f...

Hi everybody, I've searched for a long time these following patches:
Gnome M==> NE Female
Gnome F==> Dwarf male
Gnome F==> NE Female.
I tried to do it by myself but never worked for me. Tried a lot of guides but sometimes files were missing so...
the links on this page http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...-part-one.html don't work except gnome F ==> NE Female who work but is completely bugged .
By the way, if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't manage to change my skins even by following the guide. Don't understand why some files are missing... :x
